Health Here is seeking an occupational therapist to support patient recovery and independence in a post-acute care setting, using advanced technologies to tailor care to individual goals and needs.

You will develop and implement OT treatment plans, supervise assistants, coordinate with hospital departments to ensure seamless care, and track progress with patients, celebrating milestones toward independence.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Demonstrated competency in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
• CPR certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Degree from an accredited therapy program or equivalent.
