Job summary

Prava Therapy seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist in California to launch or grow an independent practice under your own brand. You will deliver high-quality OT care, while leveraging Prava’s platform for credentialing, EHR integration, billing and marketing.

The role offers autonomy and flexible work arrangements—hybrid, remote/telehealth, on-site, or in-home care—so you can design your schedule and patient roster while maintaining clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in California.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred.
• Interest in starting and growing own practice.

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with OR without a practice in California
• Passionate about one-on-one, patient-centered care
