Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to guide treatment.

This is a Pro Re Nata (PRN) position with variable time and hours can vary from week to week based on staffing needs, patient volume, call-offs, vacations, or organizational requirements.
