TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time, on-site Occupational Therapist for a school-based role in Oklahoma City, OK. You will provide direct therapy, assessments, and IEP planning while collaborating with teachers, parents, and other therapists.

The position offers 18–22 hours per week during the 2026–2027 school year, with a guaranteed workload and a W-2 or 1099 arrangement depending on employment status.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, OTD, or PhD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• State License as Occupational Therapist is required.
• NBCOT License is required.
• Licensing with the State Department of Education where required.
• Experience working with children in school settings.
• Strong foundation in Sensory Integration and related developmental concerns.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology and documentation systems.
• Fingerprint background clearance is required.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with discretion.

Responsabilités

Job Description and Responsibilities

This is a part-time, on-site role as an Occupational Therapist (OT) serving a school located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Job Details

• Full time or Part-time
• Part time, 18-22 hours/week
• 2026-2027 school year, (October - May/June)

• Job duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management
• Guaranteed hours, including documentation, administrative, and planning time

• $50 - $60+/hour ($1800-$2250/week+)

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
