Sweetwater Care in Norwood, MA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide rehabilitative therapy to residents, focusing on cognitive and ADL physical functioning, documenting progress and tailoring plans to each patient’s needs.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements. This includes recovery, improvement in function and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning. Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.
This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
