Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Middletown is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct care to patients and guide treatment plans. You will supervise care, perform patient assessments, and create personalized plans to support independence and recovery.

You will build strong patient relationships, address concerns, and celebrate progress with a compassionate, patient‑centered approach in a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
