Job summary

AgeRight Therapy in Marquis Newberg, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our care team. You will apply evidence-based practice to develop personalized therapy plans for seniors, leveraging modality equipment and technology to improve function and quality of life.

We welcome new grads and provide strong professional development, annual reviews with merit increases, and a pathway within the AgeRight Therapy network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited educational program with the appropriate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy, leveraging clinical data to craft personalized care plans that align with core strengths as a therapist.
• Utilize evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maximize function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, and teammates.

Minimum Qualifications
