Oxford Consulting Services is hiring part-time OTs to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). These aren't short-term cases. DDD clients stay with their providers long-term — often for years. You build a caseload once and you get to see the work you do make a lasting difference.

What You'll Do:

Requirements:

• Active NJ OT license
• 1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings

Hourly Rate: $67-$73/hour
