Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Mount Airy, NC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. You will evaluate and treat residents to promote independence and mobility in a faith-based care setting.

Responsibilities include completing evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering ADL training and therapeutic activities, and monitoring progress with documentation. Active Occupational Therapist license in the state is required.
