Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. This on-site role evaluates residents, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers one-on-one interventions that promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate residents and caregivers on adaptive strategies.
