Job summary

Health, Inc in Montana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess needs, plan and implement individualized treatment programs that help patients regain independence in daily living and functional activities.

You will evaluate patients, develop and carry out customized therapy plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use technology to support care, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation to support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Occupational therapy degree and active licensure/certification as required.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
