Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adult/geriatric patients through compassionate, patient‑centered care. You will provide OT services improving independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

With a focus on measurable outcomes, you will work with interdisciplinary teams in facilities across the country, enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient‑centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs.
