Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, delivering assessments and treatment in outpatient homes and clinic settings to enhance daily living skills.

You will design personalized plans, coach patients on ADLs, and collaborate with families to enable independence. This role offers flexible scheduling and a patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient care settings.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
