EDU-Aids is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Ludlow, MA. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse needs of students with disabilities and will evaluate and support mobility, strength, and independence through individualized goals.

The role requires licensure as an OT with school-based experience, strong communication, and collaborative skills. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ physical abilities, including assessments of physiology and anatomy knowledge relevant to pediatric care, as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with teachers and child study team.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
