Jump Ahead Pediatrics in Lakewood, New Jersey is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist for a school-based role. This full-time/temporary position runs from September to January with hours 8:15 am to 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay ranges from $60 to $65 per hour, including prep, note time, and lunch coverage. The role involves OT evaluations, IEP development, direct therapy, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators, parents, and professionals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based OT practices.
• Experience in pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations and assessments for students referred for services.
• Develop and implement individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
• Deliver direct OT services to students using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations.
