Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will assess functional abilities, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence and safety.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure proper documentation, and educate patients and families while seeking professional growth in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Illinois (or eligible to practice)
• Experience in geriatric or post-acute care preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and documentation skills
