Keller Oaks Healthcare Center in Keller, TX, is a thriving post-acute care facility offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and geriatric outpatient services. Our therapy department is known for delivering outstanding patient outcomes through a busy skilled caseload and a growing outpatient program, Thrive, designed to help patients maximize independence and quality of life. We take pride in being a highly specialized therapy facility, offering innovative programs including: LSVT BIG® and LOUD®, Physical Therapy Neuromuscular Management (PTNM), Respiratory Therapy, Advanced Wound Care, and Sensory Integration Programs.

At Keller Oaks, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team while treating a diverse geriatric population in a setting that values clinical excellence, creativity, and continuous growth.

We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our stable, in-house therapy team. If you’re passionate about helping older adults regain function, achieve their goals, and improve their quality of life in a collaborative and fun environment, we’d love to meet you.
