Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct patient care and develop personalized treatment plans. You will supervise treatments, assess patient needs, and build meaningful relationships, celebrating recovery victories with each patient.

The successful candidate will hold state licensure, CPR certification, and ideally a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, in a supportive team environment offering comprehensive benefits and professional growth
