Job summary

Optum Home & Community Care in Salisbury seeks an Occupational Therapist to help patients stay independent at home. You will evaluate individuals, create personalized treatment plans, and promote safety and daily function in the home setting.

You will educate families, collaborate with care teams, and document progress to support positive outcomes. Maryland OT license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license are required; a sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Maryland OT license or ability to obtain before employment.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

The salary range for this role is $84,442 - $126,644 total cash target pay annually based on full-time employment.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
