Job summary

Everything On The Spectrum LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat clients across the spectrum, focusing on sensory processing, fine motor and daily living skills, in clinic, home, or community settings.

Collaborate with BCBAs, SLPs, and other therapists to coordinate care, educate families on strategies, and document progress in compliance with standards. A compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Alabama state OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility to sit for exam).
• Experience with pediatric populations, ASD, or neurodivergent individuals preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory integration, NDT, or other OT frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
