Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sensory integration, motor skills development, and adaptive strategies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate students' functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to support students' fine motor, sensory, self-care and coordination skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators and other professionals to support classroom success.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust goals as needed.
  • Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students' development.
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
