Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for adult and geriatric populations. You’ll assess, plan, and implement functional interventions to improve independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in practice state or license eligible
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life
• Deliver care through ADL training and therapeutic activities
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes
• Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs

• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals
