Job summary

Homeside Rehab in Greensboro, NC is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric home health team. You will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, helping children gain independence and developmental success while benefiting from schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical team.

The role requires North Carolina OT licensure, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License required.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, sensory processing, and developmental outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.
• Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and families regarding progress and care plans.

• Compensation: $65 - $80 per hour

• Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours
