Job description

Occupational Therapist Job in Gilbert, AZ

Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation is hiring for an Occupational Therapist job in Gilbert, AZ, and we're looking for someone who delivers evidence-based care while genuinely engaging with the patients in front of them. Our clinics live by a simple idea: rebuild, renew, recover, and we want a therapist who brings that same focus to every visit as part of our growing team across Chandler, Gilbert, and Scottsdale.

Rooted in Service Above Self, Excellence, and Restoring Hope

At ANR, our work is guided by three core focuses: service above self, excellence with every visit, and restoring hope. In practice, that means putting patients' needs first, treating every person and colleague with respect, and using clinical expertise to help patients see real, measurable progress. You'll be joining a team where those values shape day-to-day decisions, not just words on a wall, and where new team members are welcomed into a supportive environment from day one.

Our occupational therapists guide patients in regaining independence in everyday tasks like bathing, cooking, and dressing, using evidence-based strategies to address weakness, limited motion, and visual-perceptual challenges. It's specialized, outcomes-focused work with a neurological patient population, and the goal is always the same: helping someone carry a skill they relearned in session back into their actual daily life. That focus on real-world carryover is what team members point to when they talk about why the work feels meaningful day to day.

A Collaborative, Growth-Oriented Team

Occupational therapists here work alongside occupational therapy assistants who reinforce care strategies between sessions, so progress made in a session doesn't get lost before the next one. Team members describe the atmosphere as positive and collaborative, with a focus on creating an environment that keeps patients actively participating in their own recovery. You'll also have access to ongoing education and advanced technology, so growth is built into the role rather than something you have to seek out on your own.

Beyond the clinic, the team connects through biannual team-building events and volunteer opportunities with programs like Camp with A Ramp, Life Rolls On, and Parkinson's Move Day, so the sense of community extends past the workday. Benefits here are built around the same idea of taking care of the people who take care of patients, with continuing education support, paid time off, and a 401k match giving you room to grow professionally as well as plan for life outside the clinic.
