Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for California licensure.
• NBCOT certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pediatric development, sensory processing, fine-motor development, and activities of daily living.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing consistent care.
• New graduates with strong pediatric clinical experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized, functional treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in the clinic.
• Address fine-motor development, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-care skills, coordination, attention, and functional participation.
• Establish measurable goals based on child’s needs and family priorities.
• Complete treatment documentation and progress reports accurately and on time.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress and home recommendations.
• Collaborate with other therapists and professionals involved in the child’s care.

Position Responsibilities
