Job summary

DYNAMIC MEDICAL CENTERS seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Fredericksburg, VA team. This full-time, in-person role focuses on improving daily function through evidence-based OT interventions in an outpatient setting with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has an OT degree, Virginia license (or eligibility), and strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teaching skills. Compensation includes base salary 90K–120K plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or hand therapy preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, patient care, and education skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions affecting daily function.
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
• Educate patients on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Support injury prevention, ergonomic training, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities
