Job summary

Rusk Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based therapy to patients in a rehabilitation setting. You will assess needs, develop customized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and independence.

You will supervise treatment delivery, monitor progress, and adapt goals to maximize outcomes while maintaining patient engagement and motivation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities
