Job summary

Ironside Human Resources in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a community healthcare facility. We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates to apply, with a pay range of $37–$66 per hour and relocation assistance available.

The OT will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and rehab staff, and help patients regain independence in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Occupational Therapy License or Compact OT License.
• Must have BLS Certification or be eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating weekends and holidays required.
• Provide high-quality patient care by evaluating the needs of each patient and creating a personalized treatment plan to provide optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the rehab team in other departments to develop a cohesive care plan among the team.
• Provide treatment to assist patients in their bodily autonomy to perform meaningful, everyday tasks.
