Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a school-based role in Fort Wayne, IN. Deliver individualized therapy to students ages 3 and up, aligning treatment with IEPs or medical plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver individualized OT treatment programs for students 3+ based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to set goals and accommodations.
• Oversee and support COTAs as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.

You'll develop treatment programs aligned to each student's IEP or medical plan, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain the documentation that ensures every student's progress is tracked and celebrated.
