Job summary

Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc., a therapist-owned early intervention agency in Delaware County, PA, is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our growing EI team. You’ll design flexible schedules, delivering play-based OT to children ages 0-3 and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to support developmental progress.

We offer flexible scheduling (10–40 hours per week), full- and part-time opportunities, and control over your service area with competitive contractor

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working with young children or in pediatric/early intervention settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention services to children ages 0-3 throughout Delaware County.
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support developmental progress through play-based, functional interventions.
