What if pediatric therapy were designed differently?
Language Link Therapy is seeking a part-time occupational therapist who wants to spend more of the day doing what you became an OT to do working with children.
We’ve redesigned the traditional pediatric therapy model by bringing therapy directly into the places children already spend their day. Through partnerships with ABA centers, private schools and preschools, our clinicians can build consistent caseloads, collaborate with other professionals and avoid spending their day driving from one patient to the next.
This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule. Our goal is to provide therapists with back-to-back sessions and a steady caseload rather than scattered appointments throughout the day.
You'll primarily work with young children with developmental and communication needs, generally ages 2 7, in a collaborative environment where occupational therapy can be integrated with the child’s broader care and educational team.
Our model is built around making pediatric therapy work better for children, families and clinicians.
We're looking for an OT who is passionate about working with young children and values collaboration, consistency and quality of care.
Candidates should:
Experienced pediatric OTs are encouraged to apply, and we're also happy to speak with clinicians earlier in their careers who are excited about pediatric practice.
Language Link Therapy is expanding throughout Florida through partnerships with ABA centers, schools and early-childhood programs.
We're not trying to recreate the traditional therapy model.
We're redesigning it.
