Job summary

STAT Home Health is hiring Part-Time and PRN Occupational Therapists to join our patient care team in Fayetteville, AR. You’ll assist physicians, evaluate functional status, and provide skilled OT services in patients' homes.

The role requires AR licensure, AOTA registration, CPR, and at least one year of OT experience. We offer ESOP, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the state of Arkansas and registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
• Have at least one year of experience as an occupational therapist (OT).
• CPR certification is required.
• Patient service-oriented and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician in evaluating the patient’s functional status and OT needs; help develop the plan of care.
• Provide OT services within state scope of practice and in coordination with the health care team.
• Deliver skilled OT at patients' homes.
• Prepare written summary to the physician at least every two months/sixty days.
• Set rehab goals for patients.
• Guide patients in therapeutic, creative and self-care activities to improve function.

Duties

• Assist the physician in evaluating the patient’s functional status and occupational therapy needs, and assist in the development of the plan of care
• Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of occupational therapy, in the accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team
• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy at patients homes
• Prepare written summary to the physician at least every two months/sixty days
• Set rehab goals for patients
• Guide the patient in the use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activities for the purpose of improving function.

Requirements

• Must be currently licensed by the state of Arkansas and registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Have at least one year of experience as OT
• CPR certification
• Patient service-oriented and time management skills.
