Job summary

American Senior Communities in the Greater Elkhart Area is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position. The OT will develop meaningful relationships with residents, promote physical and psychosocial well-being, and participate in a structured 9-month mentorship program to grow skills under experienced therapy leaders.

Compensation includes $52/hour and a $10,000 incentive, with benefits and a supportive environment that emphasizes CARE values.

Qualifications

• Indiana Occupational Therapist license required.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
