Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our not-for-profit team dedicated to improving quality of life for senior residents in living communities.

You will evaluate and treat patients, provide wellness education, and grow as a leader through community partnerships, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health insurance, PTO, licensure reimbursement, and CEUs.

Qualifications

• OT degree required or pursuinglicensure
• Current OT license in state of practice or ability to obtain one prior to start
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
• Computer proficiency for documentation and care coordination
