Job summary

Bravery NE FL LLC in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing interdisciplinary team. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with clinical managers to optimize outcomes.

This in-person role requires proficiency with EMR, knowledge of home health regulations, and a collaborative approach with sales and care staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily workflow and charting in EMR.
• Provide occasional weekend assessments on rotation.
