Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky is seeking an Occupational Therapist on a PRN schedule to deliver compassionate, personalized care to rehabilitation patients in Covington, KY. You will provide direct therapy, assess and plan patient goals, and collaborate with a supportive team using advanced technology to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
