Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Texas is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized, compassionate care in a supportive environment. You will perform patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and address unique rehabilitation needs on a daily basis.

In this role you will supervise patients through therapies, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilize advanced technology, and strive to improve quality of life and independence for each client.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification as per regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree plus relevant experience acceptable.
