Occupational Therapist position at Encompass Health. Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr. Annual rate range $81,000 - $145,000. Excellent PRN rates available. Compensation determined based on years of experience and applicable certifications along with shift differentials. Hiring for all positions full-time and PRN available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Licensure Or Certification Required By State Regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Masters Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
