Job summary

Quality Talent Group is helping a leading therapy organization recruit an Occupational Therapist in Cherry Lake, FL. With 30+ years of experience and 8,000 therapists nationwide, they deliver rehab services across skilled nursing, home health, senior living, outpatient, and hospital settings.

The OT will evaluate and treat functional and cognitive impairments, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain compliant documentation, ensuring physician

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date.
