Job summary

Right at Home in Eastern Iowa is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our locally owned home health team. You will provide in-home OT services to help patients stay safe at home and out of hospitals, with flexible scheduling and strong support from leadership.

We offer competitive pay, hourly rates of $55–$67 with admin time paid at $30 per hour, no mandatory overtime, and benefits like health, vision, dental insurance, paid time off and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing as an Occupational Therapist.
• Willing to cover Iowa City and Cedar Rapids areas with travel.
• Meets health requirements for direct patient care.
• Reads, writes, speak English as needed for the job.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Requirements for an Occupational Therapist with Right at Home:
