Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking an occupational therapist (OTR/L) or COTA to assess patients, develop individualized plans, and implement therapeutic activities in clients' homes. The role includes educating families, documenting progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

The candidate should have relevant licensure, be able to complete background checks, and may benefit from bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as an Occupational Therapist, including certifications and/or licensures.
• Must be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not required.
