Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy for adults and geriatric populations. You will enhance independence, mobility and safety while delivering high-quality care in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver OT services through therapeutic activities and ADL training.
• Support daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Track progress and document outcomes to adapt treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program
