MGA Homecare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy in home settings across Texas. You will evaluate, plan, document, and coach families to support progress. You will collaborate with a caring multidisciplinary team and supervise COTAs as needed.

Provide skilled, compassionate therapy for children from birth to 21 with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs. Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. Work closely with families to teach strategies that support progress at home. Keep accurate and timely documentation to ensure quality care. Collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team to guide each child’s journey. Supervise COTAs when needed.
