Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our not-for-profit, senior living care team. You will evaluate and treat residents, deliver wellness education, and lead program delivery while building partnerships with the communities we serve.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, professional growth, and on-site collaboration with therapists and care teams across nearly 500 senior living communities in the U.S.

Qualifications

• OT degree and active state license or ability to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in senior living communities.
• Provide resident wellness education through consultations and program delivery.
