Care Options for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy in Arlington/Grand Prairie, TX. You will focus on pediatric functional outcomes and family-centered care, with efficient documentation and a relaxed caseload.

This role emphasizes flexibility, manageable caseloads, and meaningful, independent treatment that fits real-life family routines, travel within a condensed geographic area, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice.
• NBCOT Certification is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support functional outcomes.
• Use efficient, point-of-care documentation tools to reduce administrative burden.
• Support children's daily routines, independence and real-world skills.
