Job description

Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing best-in-class care and exceptional patient outcomes, which involves:

  • Inspiring professional growth by administering individualized, one-to-one care for children in an outpatient setting.
  • Empowering collaboration with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to enhance patient outcomes and provide holistic care.
  • Engaging in administration of therapeutic activities guiding patients through tasks related to short- and long-term goals while monitoring progress.
  • Ensuring compliance and efficiency by maintaining accurate records, billing appropriately, and documenting sessions effectively.
  • Promoting safety and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a supportive clinic environment.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Must be able to obtain proof of current or pending licensure or temporary licensure as an Occupational Therapist within Minnesota State
  • 1+ years' experience working with children is preferred
  • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task
