Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team focused on helping residents improve independence, safety, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper body strength, coordination, and functional independence
• Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques to improve safety and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
