Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to our rehabilitation patients. You’ll contribute to a team focused on independence and improved quality of life within the local community.

You’ll assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs, collaborate with other clinicians, and monitor progress toward meaningful functional goals, celebrating small victories along the way.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead assessments and create care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs.
