Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Arizona medical licensure and no active stipulations.
• Active full DEA license.
• Current BLS certification.
• FMCSA certified for DOT exams within 90 days of hire.
• Board certification in Occupational Medicine or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare to patients in outpatient clinic and via telemedicine according to established clinical practices and organizational plan.
• Oversee APPs at the physician’s clinic location and provide guidance when the Center Medical Director is unavailable.
• Perform complete history and physical exams to assess capacity for job functions and determine accommodations.
• Participate in workers’ compensation processes including documentation and testimony as needed.
• Conduct Fit for Duty and Return-to-Work evaluations and manage common occupational injuries and conditions.
