Job summary

Carle Health in Urbana, Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Physician in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, or a BC Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine physician to join our established occupational health team.

This role offers collaboration with a multidisciplinary staff and potential academic affiliation with Carle Illinois College of Medicine. Excellent benefits include health/dental/life insurance, 403-B with employer match, disability, tail coverage.

Responsibilities

• Join an established department with two BC physicians and a team of APs, case coordinators, health nurses and drug/alcohol coordinators.
• Provide Occupational and Environmental Medicine services or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Emergency Medicine to workers.
• Work five days per week in our Urbana and Danville offices with a well-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Occupational/Physical Therapists, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care and Neurosurgery.
• Explore academic and/or research affiliation with Carle Illinois College of Medicine; benefit package includes health/dental/life insurance, 403-B with employer match, disability, tail malpractice coverage.

Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Occupational and Environmental Medicine or Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine Physician to join our established Occupational Medicine team in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Join an established department consisting of two BC Physicians, two Advanced Practice Providers, case coordinators, occupational health nurses and drug/alcohol coordinators
• The department offers a variety of business health services that focus on prevention including workers' compensation, medical surveillance, DOT, and employer services
• Reasonable volume and well‑paced environment; work 5 days per week in our offices in Urbana and Danville, Illinois
• The department works closely with all supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists, Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care specialists and Neurosurgery
• Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation's first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $300,000 - $350,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
